NARFE Members of California:

MULTI-YEAR MEMBERSHIP:  One of the new membership programs the
National Office has implemented is the Multi-Year Dues Program for CURENT
federal employees.  NOTE:  This program is not for retirees!  A current employee can
join NARFE for one, two or three years at the rate of $20 for one year, $35 for two
years; or $50 for three years.  This rate includes both national and chapter dues. 
This is not just a National Office Program; NARFE members can also sign-up current
employees on this program using (new) application form F-14F.  There is also a
pamphlet for current federal employees, F-102, titled "What is NARFE doing for
me?".  Both of these are available from NARFE Headquarters at no cost to you.
    
     It should be noted that any current federal employee who has
already joined NARFE at the $25 first year rate and/or has renewed his/her
membership at the regular retirees rate, may take advantage of this Multi Year
Membership rate upon their dues renewal date.

     When a current employee retires, he/she can continue their NARFE
membership at the same rate as you and I pay.

     During the month of October (the first month of implementation)
fourteen (14) California employees applied for this program.
